Biscuits

The biscuit course is a themed course and will be scheduled as per themes of holidays or events.

This courses entails:

  • Making Royal Icing
  • Flood work
  • Folding piping bags

Requirements

  • Sifted icing sugar 250g
  • 1 Egg whites
  • Glass bowl or jug.500ml to 1ltr capacity
  • Straight sided mug
  • Some small containers to colour icing in or tea cups will be fine
  • Small metal spatula or non serrated knife.
  • Desert spoon
  • 3 tea spoons
  • 2 dish wipe cloths.( to keep hands and surface area clean)
  • Icing nozzles No 2 , No 3
  • Cling film
  • 4  x disposable Icing bags
  • Apron
  • Paint brush fine
