The cost of this course is that of R3500.00. The equipment and ingredients will be supplied.

  • Frills in many different styles
  • drapes and swags
  • Assorted ribbons and bows
  • Embroidery anglaise
  • 3D decorations, layered decorations and assorted sugar paste decorations
  • Stacking of multi-tiered cakes
  • Basic free hand modelling
